A group of kids lure a mentally challenged boy to a house, thinking a girl asked him out on a date. They then beat him up and hold a knife to his throat (not shown in video)......these thug wannabes post this video on facebook / now only one charged with a minor assault charge. The other kids, well their parents are cops and face zero charges.
