Officer Jarred Slocum was shot and you can see him holding the wound and his fellow officer helping him to safety. Police say the shooter killed his mother-in-law and 14-month-old child, before setting the house on fire. Slocum is a four year veteran of the El Cajon Police Department and is already said to be sitting up and talking.
