37 people were injured on the 4th of July over the Cedar River in America's Hometown of Charles City, Iowa around 10:25pm when 13 racks of tubes tipped over and shot toward the town's Main Street Bridge and the Floyd County Courthouse where people had blankets and lawnchairs to watch the fireworks.
