This accidentt happened at Gimli, Manitoba, Canada August 27th 1992. A flight test with a modified De Havilland Canada DHC-4T Caribou ,registration N400NC failed to gain sustainable flight and crashed. Three people died, Two pilots and the flight engineer. R.I.P.
