A veteran detention deputy videotaped dumping a paralyzed inmate from his wheelchair onto a jail floor will be arrested as a result of her actions, authorities said late Friday. Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee said an arrest warrant for Charlette Marshall-Jones, 44, had been issued for a single count of felony abuse on a disabled person.
