Sea Urchin Feeding on Kelp

Urchins love to eat kelp. They trap floating pieces with their sharp spines and hold on tight using hundreds of tiny tube feet. Urchins use their rasping teeth to scrape away at the kelp and push tiny pieces into their mouths.
The sticky tube feet also enable urchins to move along rocks, sand or other surfaces. Surprisingly, they also "breathe"
