Five-year-old tiny girl Charlotte Garside, who is just 68cm tall and weighs less than nine pounds, is the same size as her favourite teddy and the smallest girl in the world. Tiny girl Charlotte was born with a form of Primordial Dwarfism so rare doctors don't even have a name for it.
