The world has changed a lot in the last 20 to 30 years, and it's often quite fun to take a look at things how they used to be, and compare them to how they are today. These videos of a McDonald's and Starbucks operating in the early and late 90s shows both the similarities and differences of the two fast food industry giants between their operations then and now.

Perhaps the biggest and most obvious difference comes in the form of the McDonald's uniform, which is definitely a lot more eye popping, if not a bit cheesy. That being said, it complies with 90s fashion standards, especially when paired with the glasses and mustache of the two employees behind the counter. The rest of the joint looks strikingly similar to today, down to the fry making machine. Starbucks as a whole from their outfits, to machinery, to interior design, looks remarkably similar to today.
