A Barefoot Activist Group Got Infiltrated By Feet Guys
They love that you walk around barefoot. They just love it for very different reasons.

Believe it or not, there are people on this planet who insist on being barefoot all the time. While this is clearly insane, it’s still their right to choose to walk this Earth with their toes out.
However, not everyone likes the idea that one can legally leave sole-prints all over Publix. That’s why happy barefoot enthusiasts have formed online communities advocating for their rights and discussing the best ways to be barefoot in public.
The problem? These groups keep getting infiltrated by the *other* kinds of barefoot guys. You know the ones I’m talking about.
As reported by The Times, one of the U.K.’s largest barefoot-advocacy Facebook groups recently instituted a broad set of rules to combat the rise in foot guys. This included a ban on, ironically, photos of feet — unless they were part of a full-length location shot. Additionally, they banned asking for images of feet “unless completely necessary,” though they did not specify what kind of bizarre situation would make a custom foot pic a necessity.
In response, users say that these changes, while welcome, may not solve the problem. Women in the group report barrages of messages from men asking for feet pics, and while banning a few problematic members could temporarily stem the deluge, it’s a problem that surely won’t be totally fixed until the internet becomes normal about feet.
And, let’s be honest, that’s not going to happen.
