Arby's Is Being Sued for False Advertising Because Their Sandwiches Look Nothing Like the Pictures
Arby’s sandwiches are so ugly, someone is taking them to court.

Arby’s is currently facing a class action lawsuit accusing the chain of “misleading customers” with false advertising. The lawsuit, which claims the food shown in Arby’s ads include “100% more meat” than what customers actually receive, was sought for dismissal by the company in court this week. However, a judge denied the motion, allowing the case to move forward to trial.
In addition to exaggerating the amount of meat in its sandwiches, Arby’s is also being accused of advertising its roast beef as “rare” when it is, in reality, fully cooked.
Arby's is being sued for false advertising
Lawsuit alleges:
• Ads make the sandwiches appear to have 'at least 100% more meat' than they really do
• Made the meat look like rare roast beef when it is actually 'fully cooked'
Arby's lost its motion to dismiss the case

But the best part of the filing isn’t the accusations of false advertising; it’s the photographic evidence that was submitted showing actual Arby’s sandwiches next to their corresponding ads. And, I’m not a judge, but this seems pretty open and shut.
If Arby's really “has the meats,” as their slogan says, the question remains — where are they hiding them?
