Breaking Bad actor Raymond Cruz was recently arrested for assault after spraying a woman with a hose. According to People, Cruz was washing his car when he asked a group of women to move their closely-parked car out of his way. When they didn’t, he asked again, and they began to film him. After turning to talk to them again, he allegedly sprayed the group with his hose.

This resulted in a call to the police and Cruz himself being placed behind bars.

Now, we don’t know exactly what happened here. Maybe he had one of those hose nozzles that shoots water really, really hard. But regardless, it seems that most officials involved don’t believe the incident to be that serious, as Cruz was released soon after and no charges have been filed.

“Raymond is happy this is done with. He is a big supporter of law enforcement and has no criminal history whatsoever. He has no idea who these women are or why they were harassing him in front of his own home while he was trying to wash a car. They were not neighbors,” a statement from his agent read.

Cruz is due back in court on October 1st, so we’ll see what happens then!
