British Police Are Going Undercover As ‘Hot Joggers’
And men online are calling it “entrapment.”

According to a report in The Telegraph, the Surrey Police Department in England, created a month-long taskforce with one objective and one objective only: find and prosecute catcallers. During that span of time, they arrested a total of 18 people for harassment.
The sting, which included female officers dressed in “tight-fitting” workout clothes, seemed to elicit the responses police were looking for, as cops ran daily in “hot spots” where women have been known to be harassed.

“One of our officers was honked at within 10 minutes — then another vehicle slowed down, beeping and making gestures just 30 seconds later — that’s how frequent it is,” Inspector Jon Vale of the SPD told The Telegraph.
Whether it’s entrapment or not will be up to the courts to decide.
