He also failed a breathalyzer, if you can believe it.

At around 9 a.m., police in Prince George, British Columbia received reports that someone was driving on the road in a pink toy Barbie Jeep.

The reports, it turns out, were correct. Police soon apprehended him and, due to a quirk of Canadian law, ticketed him for driving offences. The law defines a motor vehicle as a craft “powered by anything other than muscular power,” meaning that, while the Barbie Jeep may be slow-moving and ridiculous, it’s still a thing that one can commit driving offenses in. Consequently, he was given a 90-day driving prohibition and was breathalyzed twice, both of which he allegedly failed.

The man currently has a court date. Let’s just be thankful that he decided to get behind the wheel of a tiny toy car rather than a large real one!
