People Are Using ChatGPT to Talk to Charlie Kirk From Beyond the Grave
This is insane behavior.

John McCarthy, aka “Big” John McCarthy is a retired MMA referee and the co-host of the Weighing in Podcast. You’ve probably seen him referee some pretty famous MMA fights such as UFC 205: Alvarez vs. McGregor.
Well, McCarthy posted an image on X where he asked ChatGPT to assume the role of Kirk in the afterlife and share his own final statement. The message ChatGPT gave reads as follows: “My time on earth is finished, but don’t think for a second that means I’m gone. In Christ, I am more alive now than ever. Death isn’t the end — it’s the beginning. I’ve run my race, I’ve fought for truth, and now I’m home with my Savior, Jesus Christ.”
“If you hear anything in my life or death, hear this: Eternity is real, and your decision about Jesus is the most important one you’ll ever make. Don’t waste your life on things that fade. Live boldly, love deeply, speak truth and stand firm in faith. I’ll see you again — on the other side.”
This says it all. We kill what we fear, it doesn’t mean we are right pic.twitter.com/aZdSB6Nyu1

In McCarthy’s post on X he said ChatGPT’s response “gave him chills” and captioned the image with, “This says it all. We kill what we fear, it doesn’t mean we are right.”
People have long said A.I. might prolong our lives, and possibly bring people back to life if only through turning images to videos or preserving a loved one’s voice, but this leans more horror fanfiction than it does an authentic quote by Kirk.
