A Chuck E. Cheese mascot was detained and taken into custody in Florida (but of course) for allegedly committing credit card fraud. The man behind the mask, who authorities have identified as Jermell J. Jones, was released on $1,000 bond after being charged with “theft of a credit card, criminal use of personal identification info and fraudulent use of a credit card,” according to TMZ.

Jones, who was supposedly working a child’s birthday party at the time of his arrest, was escorted out of the Chuck E. Cheese before his mouse head was removed and he was placed in handcuffs, which is a pretty brutal way for some poor kid’s birthday party to end.
