U.K. Judge Rules Manager Who Called Her Boss ‘Dickheads’ Was Wrongfully Fired

A U.K. court has ruled in favor of a woman who was wrongfully terminated from her job for referring to her bosses as “dickheads” during a heated company meeting.
Kerrie Herbert was fired from her job in July of 2022 for “unsatisfactory standards of work.” However, the tribunal reviewing her case ruled her employer hadn’t “acted reasonably” in her dismissal, claiming a “one-off comment,” while inappropriate, didn’t constitute a satisfactory reason for her termination.
A tribunal recently ruled that an employee was unfairly dismissed when she was sacked for calling two of her bosses “d*ckheads”

And so, in the end, it appears that her boss was indeed a “dickhead.”
