Turtles are known for being slow, apathetic creatures. So much so that their main form of defense is just, well, a shell. But that turns out only to be a half-truth because apparently, Texas has something called a “paralysis turtle.”

According to Google’s A.I. Overview, the “paralysis turtle” isn’t a real thing, but if you take the video below at face value, it is.

Who knows, maybe the turtle just had bad gas.
