How may I help you?

According to the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office, a bear broke into an ice cream shop in the morning hours of August 17th in Placerville, California. In a series of photos posted to their Facebook page, the bear can be seen sitting behind the counter with a confused look on its face.
The Sheriff’s Office wrote in their post that deputies could “barely believe their eyes” when they saw “Fuzzy” the bear behind the counter, but were eventually able to get him outside thanks to the help of strawberry ice cream.

The image is already a classic, as people have started to meme the bear, captioning the photo with quotes like, “Sorry, we’re closed,” and depicting the bear next to an iPad asking for tips.
The bear didn’t cause any serious damage, though he did get some free ice cream out of the break-in. So as far as bear encounters go, I’d consider this a win-win for all parties.
