Millennials Aren't Worried About Gen Z Taking Their Jobs
The hustle is over.

Millennials say they aren’t worried about being outworked by their younger Gen Z counterparts. This might be a first, as younger, hungrier generations have historically been known to grind harder than their elders to prove themselves in a competitive job market.
It’s easy to blame Gen Z for their lack of ambition, but the shift might not be their fault. Gen Z has shown a relaxed attitude when it comes to corporate culture and has been outspoken about how they don’t value a stable 9-to-5 work as much as Millennials do. And they’re not necessarily wrong.
Millennials are so lucky to be the first generation that has no fear of being replaced at their jobs by savvier and more motivated young people. https://t.co/XHUL11Pa4k

I have never felt less concerned about being worked out of a job by someone younger and hungrier than me https://t.co/FrqZdJpPWApic.twitter.com/pcgCQErnYh

Work sucks. We all know that.
But Millennials don’t really care. When you have enough money to buy as many Lego sets as your heart desires, you realize all those long hours spent working hard are actually worth it.
