This isn’t the first time Elon Musk has put his finger on X’s algorithm or his boot on Grok’s neck, forcing the large language model to agree with his political beliefs or juice his tweets. But this time, instead of pushing racist theories or boosting Musk’s reach, Grok is claiming that Elon is more athletic than LeBron James.

Users on X are now prompting the model to compare Musk to fighters like Mike Tyson, and then waiting for the inevitable glazing. It’s unclear why or how Grok’s code got this way. However, it’s clear that X finds it hilarious — and, call me crazy, that’s probably the whole point.
