Looking at Earth from space, not a whole lot is changing at any given moment. Of course, you can see clouds moving around, but there’s very little activity that makes a dramatic impact on the appearance of our planet from above.

A notable exception is a volcano. If a volcano is big enough, it can be visible from space. And when it is, it looks something like this:
