On a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim’s doctor is reviewing her brain scans when he gives her some bad news: her frontal lobe – the part responsible for thinking and planning – was hardly working. According to the scans, she showed “low brain activity” and even had “holes” in her frontal lobe, which her doctor said could be a sign of high stress.

Last month, Kim went on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast and shared that being married to Kanye West was incredibly stressful and may have caused her multiple brain aneurysms, noting that Kanye would often give his friends their Lamborghinis on a whim.

Most people online weren’t shocked by Kim's low brain activity, though they are shocked that Kim is so proudly and repeatedly crafting the image that she is “brain dead.” Kim is many things, if not an opportunist, so you can forgive the denizens for smelling foul play.
