Lawmaker Trying to Ban Spicy Content Gets Caught Allegedly Having an Account on a Spicy Content Website
It’s a tale as old as time.

There’s one rule you should keep in your mind when reading the news: Everyone’s a hypocrite. Often, pointing this out doesn’t actually have any consequences besides a feeling of smug satisfaction, but it’s still a quiet comfort to know that many people saying bombastic or outrageous things don’t actually believe them. Frequently, they’ll actually do the exact *opposite* of what they say. How wild!
If you need an example of this, look at basically any politician who has spoken out against either spicy content or dudes lovin’ dudes. For some reason, this particular group absolutely *loves* to spend their days rallying against “dengeneracy” and their nights cranking their hog to whatever woman is currently draining their bank account through O.F. donations.
Now, it happened again! A Republican lawmaker in Michigan named Josh Schriver has repeatedly called spicy content a “scourge” and introduced legislation to ban it statewide. This is curious, because the Metro Times recently learned that Schriver himself may have an account on a site called Fling.
The site features live cams, promises that one will be able to hook up with someone that night, and, of course, plenty of the hot and heavy content that Schriver currently says he wants banned.
Is he just another hypocrite? Or was he perhaps doing some gumshoe journalism about the dangers of spicy content by watching a lot of it? I’m betting on the former, but Schriver says he denies ever hearing of the site. Sure, buddy. Sure.
