Ugly New Zealand Hand Statue "Quasi" Is Looking Down On Us All
This new art installation sitting atop the Wellington Art Gallery In New Zealand, is called, "Quasi" and it freaking everybody out.

People in Wellington, New Zealand woke to the quite the surprise starring at them from the top of their local art gallery. The new statue is an installation by artist Ronnie van Hout which was moved from Christchurch to Wellington's Civic Square.
And needless to say, people are pretty freaked out.
