People Are Losing Their Minds Over Cracker Barrel’s Rebrand

Some folks are accusing the restaurant of going “woke” after… changing their logo?

Cracker Barrel recently debuted a much-hated rebrand. Gone is the man hanging out on a barrel from their logo; done away with are the wagon wheels and saddles that previously covered the walls. Instead, the new Cracker Barrel is minimalist and chic — and people hate it.

However, it’s not like they hate it for, you know, the normal reasons you should hate something (for example, it just looks bad). Somehow, the fine people of the internet have alleged that by getting rid of the old interior and changing the logo, the restaurant is “going woke.”

How? They can’t explain — but that doesn’t mean they’re not mad about it!

“You disappointed the entire country,” wrote one user on X. “Go woke and go broke. I won’t return and I’ll tell everyone to do the same,” added another. “So you are now pushing wokeness? Bye,” declared a third.

None of these people explain how removing the man and barrel, or changing the interior of the restaurant, is “going woke.” Then again, I don’t think they would have the mental function to do so even if you gave them the opportunity.
