After someone threw a long, green member onto the court during a WNBA game last week, people were shocked. Who could have done this? Why did they do this? And how one Earth did they get that thing through security?

Turns out, this was just the beginning of a really terrible trend. During a recent WNBA game between the Golden State Valkyries and the Chicago Sky, another long, green, uh, “thing” was tossed onto the court — meaning that this is entering meme status and that it’s probably going to happen again.

Who did it? With regards to the second one, we don’t yet know, but the New York Times reports that the original thrower has been arrested, so it would seem that these two Johnson tosses weren’t committed by the same person.

Given that this has happened twice now, betting markets have responded in the way that they always do: allowing users to bet on which color the *next* one will be. Players, meanwhile, are furious, questioning how this could happen in the first place while begging audiences to just try to enjoy the sport without, you know, being and throwing a dick.
