A 23-year-old has been arrested after he left a teddy bear wrapped in “fake human skin” outside of a California convenience store in Victorville on Sunday. The teddy bear was a prop made by Dark Seed Creations, a special-effects artist who, for the past 20 years, has specialized in making horror props.

Robert Kelly, the owner and creator of Dark Seed Creations, spoke to The Sun and confirmed that his phone was “blowing up” after news of the bear went viral on social media. He also confirmed that he recently shipped one of his signature bears to Victorville last week.

Kelly explained that his $165 horror bears usually end up in private haunted houses or in collections for people into that kind of stuff, and that he’s never had someone stage one of his bears in public before.
That being said, I can’t wait for the YouTube video to come out.
