Prehistoric Men Wore Sunscreen and Tailored Their Clothes
I know using the word “tailored” evokes images of cavemen wearing three-piece suits, which is funny, but it’s not that strange of a discovery.

Cavemen, like humans today, got by on what they had, and while turning pelts and canvas into clothing was time-consuming, it’s not that far-fetched to assume they liked their clothes to fit.
The stranger claim is that they also wore sunscreen, which the Wall Street Journal speculates is what set them apart from their Neanderthal relatives, who, it turns out, didn’t protect themselves from the sun.

It makes sense. In all the depictions I’ve ever seen of Neanderthals, there’s one constant: the most busted skin ever.
