If you have children, you’ve probably heard of the game Roblox. It’s estimated that around 40 percent of players are under the age of 13 — which makes it very strange that company CEO David Baszucki keeps pitching the platform as a dating site.

As noted by DualShockers, Baszucki keeps hinting at the idea of wanting to capture the “age 17+” market. His method for doing so, it appears, involves pitching the brightly-colored game as a place to meet your future spouse.

This isn’t a new idea. He’s been saying it since at least 2023, stressing the entire time that this option would only be available to players who are over the age of 17 as verified by their ID.
