A family in California has a peculiar problem: someone keeps knocking their Halloween decorations to the ground.

No one is sure why they’re doing it, but in the lead-up to this year’s haunted holiday, it’s already happened twice. The first time, the mysterious woman came up, contemplated for a moment, then punched out some fake witch statues, knocking them to the ground.

Then, ten days later, the same woman came back and did it again. This was all captured via a Ring camera, and the woman who owns the decorations says she does not recognize the attacker, nor have any other Halloween decorations in the neighborhood been targeted.

“It's just the most bizarre thing,” the woman explained. “I'm not really sure what's going on and I'm the only targeted house.”

Theories abound as to why this jogger is targeting the witches, with some claiming that she’s attacking them in a bout of religious fervor. But, no matter why she’s doing it, she can really just stop — give it a few days and all the Halloween decorations will be gone. In the meantime, you can start training to demolish a few neighborhood snowmen!
