For the past year, she’s been receiving hundreds and hundreds of Amazon packages; none of them, however, are for her. According to CTV News, “Kay” has found herself under the weight of a fraudulent Chinese Amazon seller who has somehow listed her home as their return address. The seller, Liusandedian, exclusively sells “faux-leather car seats.”
Kay, who has tried countless times to contact Amazon, has come up against a brick wall. She claimed she was offered a “$100 Amazon gift balance” by the retail giant for her troubles, yet all she wants is for the packages to stop. According to her, Amazon told her to just “donate” the packages.
The good news is that after Kay’s story went viral, Amazon finally sent someone over to retrieve the hundreds of packages taking up space in her garage.
