If you want some free, well-done steak, head on over to Doolittle, Missouri. That’s because a tractor carrying 20 tons of steak accidentally got set on fire earlier this week, resulting in the massive sum of steaks being cooked ‘til grey.

According to ABC News, the firefighter that took on the blaze was newcomer Jenna Ulrich — the only vegan on the crew. Sorry about that!

“Nothing says ‘welcome to the fire service’ like sending the probie to put out 40,000 pounds of flaming ribeye!” the fire department wrote on social media. “Probationary Firefighter Jenna Ulrich is the only vegan on our department — so naturally, her very first fire involved a tractor trailer carrying 40,000 pounds of ribeye steak.”

The fire was eventually put out and the vehicle was declared a total loss.
