Victor Wembanyama, the 7-foot-3 French phenom, is the clear favorite to one day be the best basketball player in the world. His size and skill make him both unguardable and nearly impossible to score on.
Combine that with the fighting intensity of a Shaolin monk, and you have a prospect unlike anyone else.

Wemby, as he’s called, has been in China training with the notorious monks for months, and footage of a sparring match has since gone viral, depicting the San Antonio Spurs center going toe-to-toe with a man trained since birth to be a fighting machine.

And yeah, it’s fun to watch, but let’s be honest, if that monk was a die-hard Lakers fan, Wemby would have left with two broken legs and a broken arm for good measure.
