A woman in Kentucky was met with a surprise when she opened a box that was supposed to contain medication — and found it actually contained a bunch of human arms and fingers.

According to Fox 19, a mix-up involving “an airline company, a freight company and a courier” resulted in the woman getting a package that was intended for a coroner. The severed limbs have since been returned, though authorities did not explain why the coroner needed a box full of detached arms and fingers in the first place.

At least she wasn’t ordering Halloween decorations — then she may not have even noticed the problem!
