As many of you have probably already noticed, the commenting has been disabled for most features. This was a drastic but necessary move that made it impossible for the toxic trolls to make it hard for the normal users. The admins tried to reason with the idiots but, as expected, they responded with hateful retaliation. You now know how it ended for them.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, the featured media has been infected with people with compulsive and autistic behavior for years. Some schizophrenic trolls would get on here day by day to talk about their object of obsession (usually the user bdoubled, a very successful IT expert that, for obvious reasons, became the object of envy from many users). 

For years PepperPeanut tried to keep the comment section civil, but the trolls had a huge advantage in numbers and dedication. Applying censorship that was supposed to eliminate homophobic and racist comments didn't work too well. It only incited users to sign up under alts as throwaways to spew their nonsense, knowing that they could pretty much sign up a new one soon after they got banned.

The result? There was a drastic decision that the comments need to be disabled, at least for now. Did it work? Oh, and how. Just look at the views. Just one day without the toxic scum and the features are getting ridiculously high amounts of views. I'm no mathematician, but I'm guessing that there's a 50% increase in views?
