These dudes wanted to kill police. The did not succeed.
Police reports show Michael Lee Kent, 29, of Bailey, and Cedrick Tyler Armstrong, 33, of Wendell, were arrested around 9 p.m. at a home in the 1400 block of Beauty Avenue in Raleigh.
