The OrangeFace Senate fight to repeal Obamacare with NoCare is an uphill battle. After 7 1/2 years the GOP can't write a new bill or even amend an existing one. Sad, so sad. But, hey, OrangeFace knows healthcare like he knows how to defeat ISIS in 30 days.
