Johnny's Letter

Johnny wrote Santa a letter:

"Dear Santa. My name's Johnny and I'm very poor, so my family can't afford to buy me expensive presents. I know there's lots of kids that were nicer than me this year, but maybe there's a small chance I could get a new football, a skateboard and a bicycle?"

The ladies at the post office noticed that Johnny's letter was not addressed, so they opened and read it. They were so touched by the boy's words, they all chipped in and bought the boy a ball and a skateboard. They couldn't afford a bicycle, but they packed the two presents and sent them to Johnny with a note reading "From Santa".

Few weeks later, the ladies noticed a similar letter. It was from Johnny to Santa. They opened it and read:

"Thank you, Santa, for the presents! I got the ball and the skateboard, but no bicycle. I know those whores at the post office stole it!"
