Museum of Bad Art (Massachusetts, USA). The art (conveniently located next to the toilets in a basement) is a collection of works that are dubbed ‘too bad to ignore‘. There are over 600 different kinds of pieces from throughout history. It’s the worst of the worst and honestly sounds like art I could understand.

Beijing Museum of Tap Water (Beijing, China). This former water plant is seriously dedicated to tap water. Apparently, there is enough stuff to know about China’s tap water that it includes 130 objects, 40 models and other artifacts, like vintage water coupons. Fascinating stuff.

Celebrity Lingerie Hall of Fame (California, USA). While it’s mainly a retail store, the flagship has a museum of Hollywood’s undergarments. I’m talking Tom Hanks’ boxers from ‘Forrest Gump’ and underwear from all the smokin’ hot girls on ‘Beverly Hills 90210’.

Clown Hall of Fame and Research Center (Wisconsin, USA). In a solid ‘nope’ for most of the population, the clown hall of fame is filled with clown-related relics from people that have both entertained and terrified the population.

Avanos Hair Museum (Avanos, Turkey). Under the small town in Turkey, there are caves filled with 16,000 locks of women’s hair. A potter named Chez Galip started collecting the hair samples that have names and addresses attached. It’s the largest collection of hair in the world and also that guy has got to be a serial killer.

International Cryptozoology Museum (Maine, USA) . Cryptozoology is the study of animals that we aren’t sure exist, like mystical creatures and legends. Some prime examples are the Loch Ness Monster and Big Foot. The museum is full of possible ‘evidence’ proving that these things could be real.

The Bread Museum (Ulm, Germany). Bread has risen with a pretty detailed history. There are more than 18,000 exhibits that show everything from the history of bread to works of art it is featured in. There are works by big names like Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso, as well as ancient artifacts.

Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum (Osaka, Japan). Ramen will always hold a special broke-ass place in most of our hearts. Well, there’s an entire museum dedicated to the founder who created an inexpensive food for survivors of World War II. There’s even a kitchen to cook ramen yourself.
