By the early 20th century, America and the world at large had made huge strides. Electricity and mass production meant a rising quality of life, and urbanization alongside the expansion of mass transit meant that people came together in a way that simply wasn't possible before. By the 1920s, wealth, culture and luxury were at an all-time high, and the decade was defined by prosperity and freedom.
Look back at America's first Golden Age when jazz blared and flappers danced, with no worries about what was to come.
