Everything is cooler in Japan, especially biker gangs.
In post-war Japan, ex-military men held onto their bikes, and a subculture of motorheads began to grow in the country. By the 1970s and 1980s, it had grown into a full-blown phenomenon, with crazy custom rides, group rivalries, chaotic mass rides through city streets, and outfits just as loud as the engines.
