Before streaming and broadcast services had the freedom to show every late-night shenanigan and buffoonery, there was a secret brotherhood of drivers who turned Tokyo’s street into their own personal racetrack.

At night they city came alive to be spectators to this show, the only thing you could see was the blur of headlights through the dark, that’s how fast these racers were.

To everyone else it was reckless but to the drivers it was a form of expressing themselves and this is how they became legends of the road, pushing their limits and looking for freedom in the dead of night.
