We all like to think we have life figured out, but the truth is far less comforting. Some realities are so simple, so obvious, that people resist them with everything they’ve got, and a lot of times even go against them.


We distract ourselves, argue, or pretend exceptions exist, but deep down, these truths still shape our lives. They’re not always pleasant, and they don’t come wrapped in optimism, but they are an unchangeable fact.


Some hurt, some liberate us, and some are so ordinary we pass by them without paying much attention. Yet, accepting them can bring clarity, peace, and even freedom. These are some of the universal truths people struggle the hardest to accept.
