Adolf Hitler with Joseph Goebbels daughter Helga in Germany in 1936. Hitler was close with all 6 of the young Goebbels children right up until his death on April 30th, 1945. The next day, the Goebbels killed all 6 of their children (the eldest was 13) and then themselves. A surviving adult child of Magda Goebbels, Harald Quandt, survived the war and was not present to possibly stop what his mother and step father did.

22 Year old Anneliese Michel, who was diagnosed with epileptic psychosis (temporal lobe epilepsy) and had a long and painfully unsuccessful history of psychiatric treatment, shown here during her Catholic Exorcism in Germany in 1975. It also proved unsuccessful, as most experts say she was not possessed just really sick, and sadly she died the following year. The audio of her Exorcism is on youtube if you are up for some noises you didn't know a human could make.

A young beggar no older than 12 receives money from an old man or "caretaker" in London, England in 1876. Pictures like these were shown to members of Parliament in the late 1800s to showcase the rampant problem of child poverty in London. The pictures included rag tag children sleeping in streets, a well known pregnant 10 or 11 year old prostitute, known groups of children thieves, and other similar pictures (that are easy to find, but poor quality pictures). Also, at least 2 members of Parliament in the late 1800s were also known to be "caretakers".
