Safety is sometimes just a suggestion. 

The world is full of dangerous jobs and stupid people. Typically, it's a good idea to keep these things separate, but it's undeniably funny when this unholy union is captured on camera. OSHA violations, engineering mistakes, and examples of innovative idiocy are all around us, you just have to keep your eyes open. 

Here are a bunch of people about to die, get fired, or both.
