The history of America always focuses on the cities, but life on the farm was just as notable.

Before World War II, roughly thirty percent of America’s population lived and worked on farms. When we see photos of the Roaring '20s or the bleak city streets of the '30s, it captures only a fraction of what life was like back then. The farms had long days, large families, and hard but peaceful work that fed America.
