Sure our hair styles needed their own zipcodes, our dayglo clothes were not nearly as rad as we thought, and our slang was like, totally bodaciously awful.... but the rest of our stuff was gnarly.

McDonald's parties were THE way to go. You could even choose your birthday pressie from McD's - the McDonald's package or the Grimace.... Oh how I loved Grimace

TrapperKeepers kept us all neat and organized. They were a right of passage (at my school, we couldn't have one until we were in third grade and OH did we feel like the big shits when we brought them to school that first day)
