Sure our hair styles needed their own zipcodes, our dayglo clothes were not nearly as rad as we thought, and our slang was like, totally bodaciously awful.... but the rest of our stuff was gnarly.

McDonald's parties were THE way to go. You could even choose your birthday pressie from McD's - the McDonald's package or the Grimace.... Oh how I loved Grimace

These stupid things would pop off at the worst times- in your food, in someone's face, and if they didn't pop off, getting them off felt a bit like wiggling a lose tooth)

TrapperKeepers kept us all neat and organized. They were a right of passage (at my school, we couldn't have one until we were in third grade and OH did we feel like the big shits when we brought them to school that first day)

Cartoon express and Smurfberry cereal started Saturday mornings off right (swap Smurfberries for Nerd cereal with TWO sides- you could have Strawberry, Grape, OR... wait for it.. YOU COULD MIX YOUR OWN!!!!)
