It is baffling indeed what people think is ok to send and to do to people they are supposedly in love with, or at the very least still care deeply about. What goes on inside people's minds when they decide to break the foundation of what they supposedly hold dear, shattering someone in the process? Do they not understand what it does to other people, what it could do to them were the roles reversed? That's why we cringe when reading them; we know how bad they are. But people will be people, so instead we'll just gather these up and post them on the internet.
