The Internet can be a ruthless place and these people were not ready for these replies. If you want more people getting their comments roasted then look no further.

Sometimes people need to get put in their place just a little bit. You know, knocked off their high horse they've been riding on for so long. Taken down a peg, or some people might say notch. Something like learning a little humility, or perhaps getting humbled. Some people might be more blunt, and say knocked in the teeth, or the mouth, perhaps getting d*ck slapped is a good way to put it. You know, having somebody walk right up and whip their dong in your lap, establish dominance, lay down the law so to speak. All in the name of making someone eat a bit of humble pie, or lay down in the bed they've made for themselves. It's all just expressions for getting destroyed by some savage comments.
