The entire concept of eating eggs is kind of gross to be honest. 

It’s an unborn bird that pours out of a weird little stone, which itself comes from the mother bird’s butt. The caveman who first saw an egg and thought “Yeah, let’s eat that” was a really odd dude. But there are ways to eat eggs that make the disgustingness of normal eggs look incredibly tame.

Here are some of the worst breakfasts of all time. There’s the black century egg, which is buried in the ground for decades before consumption. Iron eggs, which are soaked in more soy sauce than the average Chinese restaurant uses in a year. Balut is when you leave in the chicken fetus and cook it up. Ostrich eggs are regularly eaten by some of the world’s largest foodies. And then there’s the “virgin boy” egg, which is soaked in a child’s pee.
